Hey there! I'm Julie Vay, and I'm here to teach you this amazing self-healing modality.
I found this self-healing modality at a retreat in Costa Rica in 2016. After my first session I felt this happiness… a lightness that I never felt before in my entire life. I immediately got up singing and dancing and spinning myself in circles just after my first session. I thought to myself this was the first moment in my life that I could remember feeling truly happy loved and free. It was exhilarating. It was such a beautiful experience I knew right away I wanted to teach this breath work. Sure I had my moments of happiness in life but what I got to experience with Transformational Breath® was different. This felt like coming home to me.
The love that flows through me is like nothing I have ever experienced on this Earth before. I owe my Gratitude to the Transformational Breath Foundation®, Dr. Judith Kravitz, and all the beautiful breath angels that I now call my family. This is a true honor and such a beautiful gift to share this scared work with you.
Since then I have gone through the Transformational Breath® Foundation and completed 5 levels of training plus attended and facilitated at countless workshops. I started this extensive training with the sole intention to deepen my own practice and to one day teach this breathwork. I am now a Trained Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator/Coach and I'm excited to bring this most powerful healing modality on the planet, Transformational Breath® to You!
The Universe introduced Transformational Breath® to me and I fell in love with the raw power it holds. It has completely transformed my life! It opened my heart. I feel safe to feel my feelings. I can connect to this Unconditional love whenever I want and it's so magical. I too had suffered from Trauma, Grief, Fear, Career burnout, addictions, relationship ending, stress, anxiety, high blood pressure and an Autoimmune disease. I was told I would always be sick and that there was no cure. I knew in my heart that was not true. I knew we had the ability to heal ourselves. I just didn't know how. So I started on my journey to find the answer. Along the way I experienced and learned several other self healing modalities. I call them our Superpowers and Transformational Breath® is one of those Superpowers that we all have access to.
Transformational Breath® gave me back my power and my will to thrive again in this world. I now know that I can be, do and create anything I want! I consider Transformational Breath® to be one of the greatest tools for physical, emotional, and spiritual connection and transformation.
How can we shut off that fear that occurs from stress and career burnout and connect to our internal soul compass? To connect to our internal soul compass, we must do just one thing: Breathe.
There is decade’s worth of scientific and medical evidence showing us the health and the psychological benefits of breath work and meditation. Dr. Otto Warburg winner of the 1931 nobel prize in physiology discovered the cause of cancer in 1923. “Cancer grows in Oxygen deprived ACIDIC tissue.” “Disease cannot live in an Alkaline body.”
Our Breath is our life force! Your breath pattern reflects the amount of good one can receive. If you have an open flowing breath pattern you are living a life of abundance of all that’s good but if you have a restricted breath pattern you are resisting your good.
When we breathe we are bringing ourselves back to the present moment and in this present moment is where all of your dreams and desires reside. This is called Mindfulness. To connect to your purpose, you just have to set the intention and breathe. The answers we seek lie deep inside of us not in the external world.
A Transformational Breath® session is self-care. DEEP BREATHS ARE LIKE LITTLE LOVE NOTES TO YOUR BODY💕 Take 5 to 60 minutes per day to honor your mind, your body and your spirit. It’s that simple to start calming down the stress hormones in our minds and our bodies that get elevated when we’re stressed out. It’s these stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol that get elevated and fuel the insomnia, and anxiety.
Meditation is as simple as consciously connecting to your inhalations and your exhalations. This is how we modulate the autonomic nervous system, turning off the stress response and promoting relaxation. And when we’re sitting in relaxation, we can connect to inspiration.
This is a tool you can take with you wherever you go in life. It's one of the most beautiful gifts I have ever received in this lifetime and I'm truly grateful to share it with you.

Breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness, unites your body to your thoughts. Just breathing and smiling can make us very happy, because when we breathe consciously we recover ourselves completely and encounter life in the present moment and when we practice looking deeply we realize that our home, our paradise, is everywhere.
