DEEP Breaths are like little love notes to your body💕

This powerful Breath practice teaches you how to consciously use your breath to guide you inward on a journey of self discovery and healing. Breathwork is a universal practice utilized by the majority of cultures to bring emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It helps us to reduce fears, worry and anxiety and set life-enhancing intentions. It helps us heal core emotional wounds and past traumas, thereby allowing us to respond more consciously to life. It helps us become more fully Present and connect with the Divine, creating the highest possible outcomes in our lives. Discover how your breath can be the key to unlocking the inner doors to your innate wholeness, joy and Presence.   Journey into the vast kingdom that resides within and more deeply experience the meaning of "Heaven on Earth."    


Each Breath session includes these common components:



Before we begin a session we support you in formulating an Intention for the session. These intentions guide the session. To align with Source for a high vibrational outcome. So that any un-integrated beliefs or patterns that limit us can be integrated during the session.                             

Body Mapping


Body Mapping is a system that uses informed touch to locate and release restrictions in the breathing apparatus.  As we release restrictions in our breathing pattern there is more space for new possibilities. 

Diaphramatic Circular Breathing


The respiratory diaphragm is our main breathing muscle.  Circular means breathing in and out without pausing.  When we use our “diaphragm” to breathe, in and out without pausing, we connect with the most powerful force we have for personal transformation.

Music & Affirmations


We use affirmations to help support the formation of a new pattern of the highest possibility. Affirmations assist to open and Integrate The Breath.
We use music to support our journey.  Breath is the beginning ~ the movement of life. Sound is the harmonic pathway of manifestation!



Invocations are statements made during each session to guide and support a perfect session and provide a strong connection with our own highest self and to gift thanks for a perfect session.  Invocations – For the perfect session, assistance, connection to spirit and for guidance 

Toning & Body Movement


Toning is a way we use our own voice to make sound.  This sound has a clear vibration that promotes the flow of energy and helps to integrate restrictions in our breathing pattern.
We use specific movements to help free up trapped energy and encourage a more full and relaxed breath. Toning is used to clear stuck emotions and move quickly through trauma release. 

 Kicking and pounding are also encouraged to release stuck energy patterns

 We do it all the time - breathe in and out in the endless rhythm. The breath is the most important and at the same time one of the most underrated aspects of our being. Since ancient times, the healers knew that the power of breathing can be harnessed by special breathing techniques for physical and mental recovery. 

We believe in the body's self-healing mechanism.



 We carry with us the most essential and powerful tool to bring us into the present moment, release deeply held tension & pain, and change our physiology - our breath. And yet in our fast-paced, externally-oriented world, we have come to deny the wisdom of our own body and have shifted responsibility for our health and healing to medical experts.  Despite the foundation of health that our breath provides, from a young age we learn to shut down our full capacity to breathe, and as adults very few of us breathe well. In fact, the majority of us use only 1/3 of our lung capacity when we breathe.  Breathing effectively allows the uptake of maximum amounts of oxygen for increased metabolism, rejuvenation and detoxification, as well as increased strength, energy and vitality in all areas of your life.  Breath = Life force Our breathing habits directly affect the way we perceive life. It is scientifically understood that when we hold or limit our breath - negative feelings and thoughts arise.  Therefore, when you learn to breathe better, you become more present and available to breathe in the fullness of life. Over our lifetime, we experience a multitude of situations and events that profoundly influence the way we breathe leaving us disconnected from the ease, flow and fullness of our own breath.
